At 3/8 inch 10 mm in diameter and 1 mm thin, These Sterling hoops are very tiny (the second smallest out there), and are perfect for upper ears, noses and lips as well. So tiny you'll probably need someone to help you put them on the first time, but the idea is once you put it on, you leave them on for a while. and since we do not put anti tarnish on our earrings, the natural hypoallergenic property of silver wont infect your ears (as long as you are not allergic to silver), but make sure to clean your ears and any earrings with alcohol before putting them on.
